You must notify winph3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
winph3 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

winph3 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits are credited to your winph3 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. winph3 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. winph3 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winph3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

winph3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
You may close your winph3 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of winph3, you agree to first contact our customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. winph3 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through informal means.
As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, winph3 is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
winph3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winph3 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
